BeFit 8 Week Challenge

Designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals, the BeFit 8-week challenge includes tailored strength and conditioning training, benchmark setting, a gap free physio assessment, body composition analysis and two optional nutrition plans to choose from.
During the 8-week challenge we’ll also be holding BeFit Games monthly on a Saturday. The BeFit Games will involve timed individual workouts with prizes for the fastest male and female.
